  1. Set Up Auto-Pay: Log into the Member Portal today to set up recurring rent payments so you never have to worry about a late fee.

  2. Renter’s Insurance: Ensure your policy is active and Cousin James Management is listed as an “Additional Interested Party.”

  3. Maintenance Requests: For non-emergency repairs, please submit a ticket through the portal so we can track the progress and keep you updated.
