Matt and Jennifer Hartmann decided to create Cousin James Management after seeing a need in the property management market for smart, attentive service and a genuine concern for real estate investors and individual property owners.

Matt Hartmann has been in the real estate management business for over 22 years and recognizes the need for competent and caring property management with a close eye on the needs of the client while providing expert care and professionalism for their customers.

Jennifer Hartmann comes from a background of managing large scale productions which has enabled her to lead our office with the assurance their income and expenses relating to their properties are accounted for properly with diligent care and close attention.
