With fewer properties available it may be difficult to find a certain type of property; but if you’re shopping more generically, you may find something you like.

A property may look great during winter, but after the snow is gone, what’s underneath it?  The exterior and the landscaping can look very different during the spring. Ask the seller if they have photos from spring or summer. Inspect closely what might otherwise be unseen.
