Leasing Requirements
- There is an application fee of $80 for each person 18 years of age or older. We accept Cash, Check or Money Order payable to Cousin James Management.
- You will need to provide a Photo ID – Valid Driver’s License, State ID or Passport.
- Income Documentation is required and should be two to three months of your most recent pay stubs with a year to date. If applicant is self-employed, landlord requires a copy of your previous years’ tax return.
Our screening process includes a credit check and criminal background check. Rental references are required as part of our screening process. Application processing time is approximately one business day, provided all documentation has been received and proper notice has been submitted to an applicant’s current landlord.
Our Pet Policy is decided on a case by case basis; however, aggressive breeds in most cases are not allowed.
